SMALL GROUP TRAINING

VIVE FIT is designed to help you reach your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Our classes are capped at 10 participants, so you'll get the individualized guidance you need from a certified trainer, while also enjoying the energy and encouragement of a small group.

VIVE FIT

Our small group training program featuring progressive workouts to build power, strength and endurance. This program differentiates itself from traditional group classes by incorporating movements that build intentional strength and achieve individual goals faster through working with coaches in a small group setting. Workouts are efficient, effective and adaptable to all fitness levels with the goal for each member to reach their personal best in every class. This boutique fitness experience builds connection, accountability and community in a supportive team based environment.

VIVE GOLD

VIVE Gold is a lower intensity functional workout incorporating muscular endurance, stability, balance and mobility to create a space to recover actively. Participants will be guided through movements by an expert coach to keep your body feeling healthy. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, offering a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself at a slower pace.

VIVE FIT 101

VIVE Fit 101 is a 30-minute class designed to introduce you to VIVE Fit and answer any questions you may have about the program. Each class will include a strength and technique component to review various equipment, movement standard and form, followed by a short workout that will leave you psyched up and fully prepared to join our supportive community! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

VIVE O2

VIVE O2 is a class focused on steady state cardio for a longer duration of class (15+ minutes) in the first half of class, followed by intervals to bring your heart rate up to effectively burn more calories and improve overall cardiovascular endurance. VIVE O2 will feature a portion of class on treadmills as well as a section on strength followed by  balance and stability to finish the class. VIVE O2 training helps improve metabolism and adds to the prevention, management, and reversal of metabolic disorders and improved longevity.
