Early birds pair a light session with a long sit before work. The club opens at 5 AM on weekdays for exactly this crowd.

Is sauna access included with membership?
Yes. Both saunas are included with every VIVE membership at no extra charge, along with complimentary towel service and fully stocked locker rooms.
Can I try the saunas before joining?
Yes. The free 3-day guest pass for first-time local visitors 18 and older includes full club access, saunas included.
Where are the saunas and when are they open?
There is a luxury cedar sauna in each locker room, men's and women's, available any time the club is open: Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 9 PM, Friday 5 AM to 7 PM, and weekends 6 AM to 5 PM.
