About
Why did you become a trainer?
I developed a passion for sports from a young age and experienced firsthand the positive impact of fitness on my life beyond the athletic arena. When I decided I wanted to change careers, personal training and fitness stood out to me as obvious choices as an avenue to forge a path for myself doing what I love and sharing that passion with others.
Philosophy
Rather than being a chore, training ought to be perceived as a way to enhance your overall quality of life.

About
Why did you become a trainer?
Growing up as an active kid included lots of running, swimming and biking. After college, I found a passion for martial arts and specifically Muay Thai boxing. Early onset of chronic pain put a temporary halt to my athletic progress, so I became my first client. Training stability and functional strength to manage my pain was how I got back to doing what I love, so now I want to help others continue living their lives in the ways they want to.
Philosophy
Fitness should be a fun yet challenging way to keep your body strong and stable no matter where life takes you.

About
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping people feel stronger, more capable, and comfortable in their own bodies. I love being a part of someone’s health journey, whether that means hitting a new personal best or reducing aches and pains.
Philosophy
My training philosophy is centered around building sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance. I believe that fitness should enhance your life outside the gym, not consume it. I emphasize proper movement mechanics, progressive programming, and individualized strategies that match each client’s lifestyle, goals, and current fitness level.
