Can I tour the club before joining?

Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. You can schedule a tour by:

  • Stopping by the Service Desk during staffed hours
Do you offer guest or day passes?

Yes, we offer options for both first-time visitors and returning guests:

Guest Pass: Enjoy a complimentary 3-day pass if you’re a first-time local adult guest (18+). You can request your pass online, call us at 570-371-3572, or email viveinfo@vivehealthandfitness.com.

Day Pass: Available for repeat visitors or out-of-town guests. Please contact the club directly for current pricing.

    How do I join as a new member?

    Joining Vive Health & Fitness is easy and flexible. You can:

    • Sign up online via our membership page
    • Call us at (570) 371-3572 to speak with a membership specialist
    • Visit the club in person to tour and enroll
    • Our friendly team will help you select the right membership, answer all your questions, and get you started on your fitness journey.
    What membership options are available?

    We offer a variety of membership types to fit every stage of life:

      Can I add someone to my membership?

      Yes. Adults and children can be added to your membership with flexible options for families and household members.

        Do add-ons have to live in the same household?

        No. Add-ons only need to be billed to the same EFT (electronic funds transfer) account.

          What ages are youth memberships?

          Youth Membership: Ages 13–17

            Do you offer Silver Sneakers?

            No. We do not partner with SilverSneakers.

            Seniors (65+) qualify for discounted membership pricing.

              Do you offer student or military discounts?

              Yes. Discounted membership rates are available for:

              • Students (valid student ID and current class schedule required)
              • Seniors (65+)
              • Active military, police, and firefighters
              What do new members receive when they join VIVE Health & Fitness?

              New members receive:

              • 2 complimentary Personal Training sessions
              • 1 free InBody body composition scan
              • 1 week of complimentary VIVE FIT small group training

              Can I put my membership on hold?

              Yes! Vive Health & Fitness offers flexible options to temporarily pause your membership if you need time away.

              • Holds are a convenient way to manage your membership during travel, medical leaves, or other life events without losing your benefits.
              How do I cancel my membership?

              Cancellations require a 30-day notice and can be submitted by:

              • Cancellations are applied to the next billing cycle.
              Are there cancellation fees?

              No, there are no fees to cancel your membership.

              Can I cancel my membership online?

              Yes, memberships can be cancelled on the VIVE Mobile App, or by emailing: info@vivehealthandfitness.com.

              Do you have locker rooms & showers?

              Yes. Our locker rooms include showers, changing areas, day-use lockers, and towel service.

              Are lockers available?

              Members have access to showers, changing areas, day-use lockers, towel service, and personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton swabs, and cleansing wipes.

              Are lockers available for rent?

              Yes. Private lockers are available for members to rent and securely store items during their visit.

              Are towels provided?

              Yes. Towel service is included with membership.

              Do you have a hot tub?

              No. VIVE does not have a hot tub.

              Do you have a sauna or steam room?

              Yes! VIVE Health & Fitness has a men’s sauna and women’s sauna, both are among the largest in our area.

              Yes. All new members receive a complimentary InBody body composition scan and two sessions with a Personal Trainer.

              What types of group classes do you offer?

              We offer strength training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, barre, cycling, Zumba, SHiNE, kickboxing, and more. All classes are included with membership.

              Do I need to register in advance?

              Register for classes in advance via the VIVE Health & Fitness mobile app, Mindbody app, or at the front desk.

              Are group classes beginner-friendly?

              Yes. Classes include options and modifications for beginners and all fitness levels.

              Do you offer massage therapy?

              No.

              What is VIVE FIT?

              VIVE FIT is a coach-led small group training program designed to help you maximize your workouts.

              How does VIVE FIT compare to other workouts?

              VIVE FIT is a high-energy, results-driven workout that combines cardio, strength training, and personalized guidance. Each session is coached in a small group setting, so you get motivation, guidance, and accountability while training at the right intensity for your goals. Unlike traditional classes, VIVE FIT is customized to your fitness level, helping you maximize results safely and efficiently.

              What are other benefits to training in VIVE FIT at VIVE?

              Compared to local studios that only offer a single type of workout, VIVE FIT gives you access to full health club amenities like locker rooms, showers, and recovery services. This makes it easy to fit your workout seamlessly into your busy day while enjoying a complete fitness experience.

              What do I need to try VIVE FIT?

              Just come in comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Simply check in at the service desk or contact a membership representative to get started.

              What are the costs for VIVE FIT?

              Intro week: Free for new members as part of your new member benefits.
              Available exclusively for VIVE members, upgrade to receive unlimited monthly membership for VIVE FIT at just $75/month. VIVE membership dues also apply.

              Do you have a mobile app?

              Yes! VIVE Health and Fitness has its own mobile app. You can easily view schedules, register for group fitness classes, and receive club updates-all from your phone.

              We also use Mindbody for class reservations and membership management. You can download the Mindbody app to browse class schedules, book your spot, and manage appointments conveniently. Both apps work together to give you a seamless wellness experience.

              The club is located at 500 Third Ave, Kingston, PA 18704, with plenty of parking along the front and left sides of the building

              Is there Parking?

              Yes, free parking is available

              What are your hours of operation?

              Our doors are open seven days a week so you can fit fitness into your schedule:

              Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM

              Friday: 5:00AM – 7:00 PM

              Saturday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

              Sunday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
