The World Series of Fitness Racing just landed in the Wyoming Valley. VIVE is now an Official HYROX Training Club, which makes us the first club in Northeastern Pennsylvania licensed to coach HYROX's own training curriculum. We're celebrating the way it should be celebrated: with free classes. The launch pop-up ran Saturday, August 15, and more free pop-up classes have followed.

HYROX is a global indoor fitness race with one identical format at every event: run 1 kilometer, complete a functional workout station, and repeat that eight times. Over half a million athletes compete every year, and every finisher gets an official time that is comparable worldwide.

Coached from the first rep, scaled to your level
Every pop-up class is HYROX Foundational: HYROX's own entry-level format, coached live by VIVE. Form first, intensity second. You'll move through the real stations on the Arena turf, and every weight, distance and pace adjusts to you. Train for your first race or just for a great workout. Both count, and both get coached.
More free pop-up dates are coming while we shape the ongoing schedule. New dates land on our HYROX Training page the moment they're scheduled, and booking also works in the VIVE app, the Mindbody app, or by phone.
Part of VIVE Arena, not a separate program
Once the pop-ups wrap, there's no new membership to buy. HYROX Classes live inside VIVE Arena, our coached small group training program, alongside LIFT, STRIKE, TRX and SLIDE. Arena pricing covers everything: Unlimited Arena is $85 a month, class packs run $75 for 5, $120 for 10 and $200 for 20, and member drop-ins are $18. Every new VIVE member also gets two free Arena classes, and they work for HYROX Classes too.
