Complimentary to all VIVE members who enjoy running, whether it be for leisure or for sport. The club meets on Tuesday nights at 5:30pm for a group running workout that focuses on specific training for strength, form drills, and flexibility work. The club runs outside (weather permitting), or does specialized treadmill workouts the incorporate both hill intervals and pacing practice. The running club will occasionally meet on the weekend for trails runs, which is scheduled on a week-to-week basis.
