Vive’s Group Functional Training Program is for ALL levels of fitness and abilities. Functional training is just what its name implies; it trains you to be more “functionally” strong in everything you do, whether that is a sport, your job, or something as simple as mowing the lawn or carrying groceries. Also, there is a belief that “form” follows “function”. So if you train to be functionally strong and fit, then you will look the part. In addition, our small group size of 2 to 6 people allows for very personalized attention from Vive’s Personal Coaches, to allow for correct exercise modifications and motivation!
