Beginners Running Club
Looking for a local beginners running club near you? VIVE's club is designed for new runners, fast runners, advanced runners and everyone in between. If you’re new to running joining the club is a great way to get started. The club trainers have many programs based on fitness, strength, flexibility, and endurance to help you receive a workout that meets your running goals. VIVE's running club is a great way to meet like-minded individuals and build motivation.
Advanced Runners
Training for a marathon can be daunting. Taking part in the Kingston running club at VIVE is for all kinds of runners. Becoming part of this club is great motivation for any race you plan on entering. More benefits to joining include:
