What is the guest policy?
Members are allowed to bring guests to VIVE for a $15.00 daily fee. Guests must be accompanied by the member, or they will not be allowed access to the gym.
What are the regular hours of the gym?
The gym is open Monday thru Thursday 5 am–9 pm; Friday 5 am–8 pm; Saturday and Sunday 6 am–6 pm.
What are the different types of memberships?
VIVE offers Individual, Student, Corporate, and Veteran Membership
What are the requirements for a Student Membership?
A student is defined as a full-time student under the age of 25. This membership must be substantiated. The membership will be automatically converted to an Individual Membership on the member’s 25th birthday.
Can minors have membership at the club?
Children ages 16 to 17 can be a member of VIVE, but must have parent/guardian authorize the membership upon joining. Children under the age of 16 are not eligible for membership.
Are there lockers available?
Yes. There are permanent lockers available for the members to be billed on a monthly basis. In addition, there are daily lockers available at no charge. Members must provide their own lock and clean out the lockers daily, if using a daily locker.
Do I have to be a member of VIVE to use the services offered?
No, there is no membership required for Personal Training and Nutrition services! The Juice Bar and lounge area is also available with no membership required.
Are classes included with my membership?
All Group Exercise classes including R.I.P.P.E.D., Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, and many more, are complimentary as part of your membership package. Additional Small Group Training sessions are available at a fair price.
Does the club provide towels?
VIVE offers its members a complimentary bath towel, workout towel and wash cloth at each check in. Guests are asked to please bring their own towels.
Does VIVE offer WiFi?
Yes VIVE offers complimentary WiFi throughout the facility. There is a lounge area, high-top seating at our Juice Bar and outside seating on our patio for you to sit back and relax!
Is there child care offered at VIVE?
Although we love children, VIVE does not offer child care. We believe that adults should be able to have their own time away to work on their own daily stresses.
Does the club have a Loyalty Program?
Yes. VIVE members are able to invite their friends, family, and co-workers in for a complimentary 3-day pass. If the new member joins, the referring member receives their next month free. The Loyalty Program is also unlimited…the more you refer, the more you save.
What is the cancellation policy?
Memberships can only be cancelled at the end of the member’s year. There is no fee for canceling at the end of your term.
What is the relocation policy?
If a member relocates 30 miles from his/her home address, they will be able to cancel their membership. A written letter of cancellation is required, as well as proof of the relocation. That proof can be provided in the form of a copy of a utility bill, lease or purchase of a home.
What is the freeze policy?
A freeze is used to suspend membership at the Club. A freeze form must be completed, and time must be in month increments for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of 3 months per term.
