Q: What is the guest policy?
A: Members are allowed to bring guests to Vive for a $15.00 daily fee. Guests must be accompanied by the member, or they will not be allowed access to the gym.

Q: What are the regular hours of the gym?
A: The gym is open Monday thru Thursday 5 am–9 pm; Friday 5 am–8 pm; Saturday and Sunday 6 am–6 pm.

Q: What are the different types of memberships?
A: Vive offers Individual, Student, Corporate, and Non-Resident memberships.

Q: What are the requirements for a Student Membership?
A: A student is defined as a full-time student under the age of 25. This membership must be substantiated. The membership will be automatically converted to an Individual Membership on the member’s 25th birthday.

Q: Can minors have membership at the club?
A: Children ages 16 to 17 can be a member of Vive, but must have parent/guardian authorize the membership upon joining. Children under the age of 16 are not eligible for membership.

Q: Are there lockers available?
A: Yes. There are permanent lockers available for the members to be billed on a monthly basis. In addition, there are daily lockers available at no charge. Members must provide their own lock and clean out the lockers daily, if using a daily locker.

Q: Do I have to be a member of Vive to use the services offered?
A: No, there is no membership required for Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Nutrition services! The Juice Bar and lounge area is also available with no membership required.

Q: Are classes included with my membership?
A: All Group Exercise classes including R.I.P.P.E.D., Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, and many more, are complimentary as part of your membership package. Additional Small Group Training sessions are available at a fair price.

Q: Does the club provide towels?
A: Vive offers its members a complimentary bath towel, workout towel and wash cloth at each check in. Guests are asked to please bring their own towels.

Q: Does Vive offer WiFi?
A: Yes Vive offers complimentary WiFi throughout the facility. There is a lounge area, high-top seating at our Juice Bar and outside seating on our patio for you to sit back and relax!

Q: Is there child care offered at Vive?
A: Although we love children, Vive does not offer child care. We believe that adults should be able to have their own time away to work on their own daily stresses.

Q: Does the club have a Referral Program?
A: Yes.Vive members are able to invite their friends, family, and co-workers in for a complimentary 14-day pass. If the new member joins, the referring member receives their next month free. The Referral Program is also unlimited…the more you refer, the more you save.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Memberships can only be cancelled at the end of the member’s year. There is no fee for canceling at the end of your term.

Q: What is the relocation policy?
A: If a member relocates 30 miles from his/her home address, they will be able to cancel their membership. A written letter of cancellation is required, as well as proof of the relocation. That proof can be provided in the form of a copy of a utility bill, lease or purchase of a home.

Q: What is the freeze policy?
A: A freeze is used to suspend membership at the Club. A freeze form must be completed, and time must be in month increments for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of 3 months per term.
